THE BOTS OF BARN RUNNER

Call it "homage." Call it laziness. Either way, every robot that appears in the Barn Runner games started life somewhere else before I stole borrowed it for a guest appearance in my game. Just which robot came from where has been the subject of much "spot the bot" e-mailing over the last several years. So I finally decided to cut out the middle man (and save myself a little time) by just listing them here.

1) Yes, I know a Dalek isn't technically a robot.
2) 1979 Cylons are robots, named for the lizard race that created them.
3) It sure as hell looks like a robot to to me, pokemon or not.
4) There are several different designs for her. I used the cabinet art.
5) Technically Great Mazinger, but that was the name of the toy I had.
6) The robot and his pal are my "real life" renditions of Bender and Fry (from Futurama) as they might appear on a low-budget daytime soap opera. Thus, the bad cardboard robot costume.
